Today I come back with another smoothie. Summer is beginning as warm as we like it… with sun, tomatoes,apricot, many other fruits and especially cherries !! But for our sun bathing not becoming unpleasant, it’s time to get refreshed 😉 Easy, fresh and delicious ! What are you waiting for to try it ?
For 2 persons, I took:
- a bowl of fresh cherries (without cherry stones of course)
- 250 mL (1/4 L ) of Milk
- A bit of icing sugar
You mix all together as you like it. Sugar is not compulsory, I only put a teaspoon in it, but here again it depends what you prefer. For the cherries stones, of course you can put them out by hand, but for my part I used a pitter which make it much easier and in less time.
What I love about smoothies is that it’s simple, very tasty and very healthy because it is only composed of fruits.
